All outer shells are engineered for breathability and wind resistance, and waterproof models include fully taped seams to prevent moisture penetration.

The standard production lead time is 25–45 days after sample approval and deposit receipt, depending on order volume and construction complexity. Expedited production is possible upon request, potentially reducing the timeline by 10–15 days when capacity allows.
